FLASH memory keeps messages stored on the computer
chip even during a power fail- ure. Eliminating the need for battery
backup.
Automatic Downloading of messages from an internal cassette
drive assures simple operation.
Messages can be erased and re-recorded anytime even if
they are between other messages. New messages can be any length
you want. The on board microprocessor realigns the memory for
maximum efficient use of the memory.
Message intervals can be set from 1-99 seconds or 1-99
minutes.
Record up to 12 different messages of any length
as long as total memory time of the unit is not exceeded.
Background music from an external music source plays between
messages. If you are using the fade feature, the music will play
at a reduced level behind the messages.
Telephone On-Hold messaging can be interspersed
with music to play over the phone line.

the messages is adjustable.
Individual messages can be turned on and off.
When messages are turned off they will be skipped during playback.
A master on/off command turns off the playing of all messages
(music will still play).
Internal speaker for monitoring purposes can
be turned on and off.
